Like many intuitives, I’ve had these gifts since childhood but I didn’t understand them and I had no idea what to do with them! It was like I was stuck in a ball of chaos. Thankfully, through my later years, I started connecting with my soul and exploring myself. This is what set me free. Once I started harnessing my gifts, it was like I had been given a new lease on life. I felt free and at peace for the first time in my life. Since then, I have been dedicated to the practice of  intuitive/self development, as well as transforming and healing the mind, body, and soul.

In 2018, I chose to pursue my passion and to share my gifts with the hearts of others. It is the best decision I’ve ever made and at times it brings tears of joy and gratitude. I know in every cell of my body that I am here to serve the souls of our universe. I am passionate about helping clients through the process of self discovery, transformation, and healing with the goal of releasing energy that is stuck or supressed within their mind, body, and soul. I am trained through my spirit guides and a spiritual coach.

All my life I’ve been able to connect with Spirit, those who used to walk this earth. Now, I connect Spirit with those who are here today, whether that be a human or animal that has crossed. I am honoured each time I connect with Spirit. For me, I call this a soul connection! Soul connections (communicating with spirit) are opportunities that provide closure, healing, joy and comfort to us. It can heal deep emotional trauma (such as abandonment), it can also be a catalyst for transformation, or it can be a super joyous and exciting experience of reconnection.

I can also read the energy fields of others and pin point blockages, stagnations or areas that require care and attention. I am very grateful to engage and connect with clients in this capacity and I find it extremely rewarding. Clients can release and transform energy that no longer serves their higher good, such as self-limiting beliefs or old patterns of thinking and behaving.

As for my journey and how I got to where I am today, it wasn’t always comfortable, easy or peaceful… and I made it and vibrate higher than ever because of it!! So that means you can too! I’ve been there, in that place of confusion, heaviness, loneliness, disconnection and anxiety. I’ve also been to that place of learning to accept and believe in my intuitive gifts, so no, and trust me when I say this – You are NOT going crazy. I’ve successfully overcome many challenges in life and I am thankful that now I can give clients the tools and strategies to live their best life with my intuitive gifts. 

In addition to my intuitive gifts, I also draw from my extensive professional experience. I have an extensive foundation in law,  management, strategic analysis and developing systems. Before coming into my current National Management role with the Federal Government, I was a Peel Region Police Officer, in Ontario, and a flight attendant with WestJet, in Calgary. I studied Law and obtained a diploma in Police Foundations in Ontario and I have taken several social science and psychology courses from Athabasca University. I am always on the quest for learning, it’s in my blood.
